Sun Com 10-Year Anniversary Giveaway –Official Rules

1. Eligibility
The Sun Com 10-Year Anniversary Giveaway(“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sun Com Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Motorola, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on October 20th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 26th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
In-Store Entry: Visit any participating Sun Com Mobile location during the Promotion Period and complete the digital entry form using the QR code. Limit one (1) entry per person, per store visit.
Bonus Entry: Receive one (1) additional entry by purchase of a Motorola device on a new line activation at a participating location during the Promotion Period.
4. Prizes
Ten (10) winners will be selected. Prizes may include Motorola accessories, and Motorola branded merchandise. Approximate Retail Values (ARV) vary by item. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sun Com Mobile on or about October 29th –31st, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree to allow Sun Com Mobile and Motorola to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Sun Com Mobile reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sun Com Mobile’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
8. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sun Com Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Motorola, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
